Lisa Kerrigan, MSPT
Lisa brings over eleven years experience providing high quality physical therapy services to her patients. Over the years, she has spent time in numerous settings including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and nursing homes. This has provided her with the opportunity to witness first hand the shortcomings present in many clinic settings. Furthermore, her experience offers a unique insight on how to 'right the wrongs'. Her clinical background while diverse is grounded in orthopaedic and sports medicine evaluation and treatment. She has extensive experience in rehabbing patients who have undergone Total Joint Replacement. This experience has provided Lisa with the opportunity to present the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations' (JCAHO) Orthopaedic Performance Improvement Team as well as deliver in-services on Body Mechanics and Total Joint Replacement rehabilitation. Currently, Lisa maintains an active membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA). Lisa received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from the University of South Carolina, and her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Old Dominion University.

Erin Duncan, MSPT
Erin graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Wheeling Gesuit University in 1996. She has worked in multiple settings and spent the last 8 years in outpatient orthopaedics. Having a diverse background helps her to have a comprehensive approach to many conditions. She feels active involvement from the client, combined with a manual approach, leads to a successful rehabilitation. Erin enjoys spending time with her family and coaching/playing soccer.

Sandra Osilka, MPT
Sandra "Sandy" graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of Maryland in 1996. Since then, Sandy has worked in various settings including post surgical rehab, stroke rehab, nursing home and outpatient orthopaedics. Working in such a variety of settings has taught Sandy how to really listen to her patients' concerns and syptoms. This has not only helped Sandy be a better therapist, but also enables the client to realize they have a large role in the "getting well" process. The one-on-one therapy offered at Advantage Physical Therapy allows Sandy to perform the manual therapy which she feels is missing in many other therapy clinics today. She looks forward to working with you to achieve your highest level of function and health.
