Being in pain is inconvenient enough so Advantage Physical Therapy makes care as convenient and easy as possible. We offer early morning, lunchtime, evening and Saturday appointments, so you will have plenty of choices when it comes to working therapy into your busy schedule. We accept most insurances (see below for a more complete list) and we will even file your insurance paperwork on your behalf. You will also find ample free and convenient parking (including handicap accessible) immediately in front of our our office. It is all about making treatment - and healing - as easy as possible.

With the landscape of healthcare constantly changing we are constantly evaluating new plans. Furthermore, while we may not participate with your plan, we may still accept your insurance plan at an out of network benefit level, meaning little or no out-of-pocket costs to you. Our Attendance & Financial Policy At Advantage Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation, LLC we pride ourselves on providing PERSONALIZED, ONE-ON-ONE care. In order to provide this level of service we must carefully manage our schedule to avoid late arrivals and last minute cancellations.
CANCELLATIONS:
If for any reason you must cancel an appointment our office, requires 24-hour advanced notice so that we may offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting to be seen. Cancellations within a 24-hour period are subject to a $50.00 Short Notice Cancellation/No Show Fee. Please be advised that these fees will not be paid by your insurance and are due prior to you next scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVALS:
Chronic late arrivals demonstrate a lack of commitment to your healthcare and recovery. Thus, arriving more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment time for 3 or more visits may result in a discharge from our therapy clinic.
CO-PAYMENTS/CO-INSURANCE:
As a courtesy our clinic will file all of your insurance claims. However, it is our practice to collect all co-payments and co-insurance at the time of service. For your convenience we accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Personal Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. |
